The Groton Housing Authority works with many partners to achieve our mission and vision.

Connecticut, Department of Housing (DOH) – Provides funding and strategic direction and overview to the GHA.

Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) – Provides funding and oversight of GHA properties.

Greater Groton Realty Corporation (GGRC) – A 501(c)(3) non-profit affiliate of the GHA that is our development partner.

Town of Groton / Human Service – A valuable and appreciated Town resource to our residents.

Groton Utilities – A valuable partner in tax credit financing.

Town of Groton / Community Planning and Development Department – Provides funding and planning for affordable housing in Groton.

Meriden Housing Authority (MHA) – Provides Executive Director, maintenance and other support functions to the GHA.

Maynard Road Construction (MRC) – A non-profit affiliate for the MHA that is MHA’s development partner.

Eastern Connecticut Housing Opportunities (ECHO) – Provides affordable housing for the people of southeastern Connecticut. Assists the GHA in its development projects.

United for ALICE – An advocacy group for persons and families that are Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed.
