Residents can pay in two ways:

1. Online Payment (Paylease.com)

   You can make payments online via Paylease. This option allows you to pay using your bank account (ACH/e-check) or a credit/debit card.

   · No Fee: When you use bank account information (routing and account numbers) to make your payment.

   · Fees Apply: If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card, there will be a processing fee.

   To register and make your online payment, please visit Paylease.com. You will need your account number to create your account.

2. Mail Payment (Check or Money Order)

   If you prefer to mail in your rent payment, please make your check or money order payable to Groton Housing Authority and send it to:

   Important: When mailing your payment, please include your account number on the memo line of your check or money order to ensure proper processing. The “T” is also part of the account number and should be written on the check.
